IN GTA 4 AND THE EPISODES YOU CAN USE ALL OF THE IN GAME SAFEHOUSE PARKING AREAS EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THAT HOUSE AS YOU CAN USE THEM ALL, HERE IS A LIST OF SAFEHOUSE AREAS YOU CAN USE.

SWIFT: Get the swift from Yusuf's heliport and fly to the bridge that leads to Bohan and follow it until you get to the end, after that land by the space while guiding the back and front into the space. Don't fly into the space and get out. Find a car and push it into the space and if you didn't guide it good just push it in.

 

CADDY: After you have done the mission 'Practice Swing' drive the cart to Hove Beach and park it in the space right at the front of it as you will need to leave space at the back for the Stretch E limo which takes up a lot of space. If you want you can place it in the lost clubhouse space as it is very small.

Since I have Rocco's caged Caddy parked next to an Annihilator at The Lost parking space, - I'm pretty sure you can park a Swift and a regular Caddy in the same space.
