Taken fromWikipedia: In regards to Xbox360 games: "There are currently 930 (multi-platform: 721; exclusive: 127; console exclusive: 82) games on this list as of September 27th, 2012." Also taken from Wikipedia In regards to PS3 games: "There are currently 760 games (multiplatform: 615; exclusive: 137; console exclusive: 8) and 15 cancelled games on this list as of July 25, 2012." Wait, let's zoom in on those there stats! Xbox 360 console exclusives: 82 PS3 Console exclusives: 8 Well then.... Console Exclusives = Games that aren't available on PC, like Red Dead Redemption. the reason Xbox 360 has 82 is because it has a ton of exclusive indie games on XBLA, unlike PSN. Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony can still make consoles sure, but they should go fully multiplatform on there first party IP`s. If those exclusive titles are making so much money on just one platform, think of them spread across 3 platforms. I would love to have Microsoft release there console exclusivity on Left 4 dead. Id like to play it too, but i dont have a 360 anymore (just sold it, because it bored me) and i dont have a overpriced gaming pc too play it. Infamous is Average, Played like 20 minutes...got bored. Same with the second one, both still on my HDD. I also have Wipeout HD, never ever even booted it though. XBLA game... Yea I have 0 interest in games like HALO and GEOW, both are average. Alan Wake WAS my best 360 titles, but now its on the PC and even better. I brought by 360 for l4d2, which is miles better on the PC. Disappointed in my 360 purchase tbh, nothing to use it for. All i need is a ps3 and PC, next gen i have more faith in SONY as i feel they will provide more games I will be interested in and provide games that are unique and different and actually try to make games not for the average gamer. So yes, the 360 is lacking in terms of exclusives, luckily most multi platform games run better on the 360. The more exclusive games a platform has, the more exclusive games other platforms will require in order to compete. Ultimately we all have to end up buying several platforms to play anything.
