J tags (problem)

Ok i got one question are they going to monitor GTA 5 better than 4. First off in mutiplayer in GTA4 i have seen many (J tagers) hacking away like flying cars and all kinda crazy stuff making every one pissed off. I Shure hope they put more people on this growing Problem, Because mutiplayer will be a big part of this game from what i have read. So ain comments are an article would be nice Thanks. (Baked all day )

GTAIV multiplayer is infested with such people. It is ridiculous. There is nothing more annoying. I don't mind fun/funny hax, but I will never understand the appeal of spawning invincible vehicles, and giving yourself unlimited health.

I only played free mode with friends... so that wouldn't bother me at all.

Didn't really mind it in freemode other than those players that feel the need to kill other players with God mode or something, but in races it's a pain.

I only came against some modders/hackers once. I played GTA IV online quite a bit. I'm lucky that way. However, I was having fun with all the goodies the hacker was giving us. Lovely new skins for various rare cars, parked a long the airport.

 

However, if its ruining peoples experience or interferes with a good time, the I reckon the rooms should be regulated more.

If anyone thinks they have 'won' anything if it doesn't come to PC, then they are mormons, I mean morons.

 

Even though I can't afford a decent gaming PC now. In a few years, I might & then I'd want to buy it on PC for all the lovely mods. Because you can bet your sweet ass that VI won't have arrived by then.

i saw a hacker in tbogt on PS3 .. he had yellow bulletproof heli ... he was able to lock the heli and also shoot from it even if he wasnt in

can you please please post where have you read about multiplayer in gta V since im sure rockstar has evaded to talk anything MP related yet.

i dont think its possible to really fight hackers effectively because people will always find new ways to hack

i'm buying it for PS3 also, but it won't matter. every time i play IV on PS i run into at least 1 modder. i don't think they are as abundant like on crapbox and PC, but i'm running into more and more each time.

i have seen alot of hacking as of lately on PS3 bmx ramps in the airport,dinosaur skeletons on the freeways,red helicopter's that don't damage,and randomly getting blown up,multi colour blocks everywhere...................this pisses me right off

i agree. they are either blind or don't play enough. regardless out of the three, the PS3 sill has the least amount of them.....for now.

Its only because you can use external programs on pc while playing.

 

But you can use these on ps3 aswell...killzone for example, that had aimbot etc.

 

All games are hackable on all platforms. I personally don't care if XYZ uses hacks I report, leave game and join another.

 

 

but come on a 'mod' that gives someone flying cars or changes there outfit to something stupid... is something I would sit there and ask how they do it because that sounds amazing.

Cheater Pools? Same as in IV where cheaters were forced to join other cheater servers?

Jtag xbox's can't go online for a long time now.... at least not on a poular large scale. If there are people who have found a way to get online... they are very few if any.

 

However, Jtagers have recently got more efficient in setting up their own network for online play. It was only released in the last few days and allows online play. Previously using xslink which even non-jtag consoles can use, they have now incoporated into their modified launcher.

 

I don't think JTAGs will be a problem for multiplayer at all. Microsoft have done well, since the big problem from over a year ago.

nice! that's a good solution for cheaters and non cheaters alike.

 

now they can cheat all they want and have nothing to complain about. IOW, you would be have to be an idiot to complain about modders when your doing it too. they can all be happy and jerk it cheat in the same room together without screwing up other peoples fun. that's a win for both sides.
