Ray Carter Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 Several Sites aswell as the game itsself has stated that eating too many meals and not getting enough excerise can cause a Heart Attack (( sudden death )). Has anyone actually had this happen to them or can provide any Video or Screenshots? This is one of the few things I have left to fully discover with GTA: San Andreas.
