I could understand R*'s decision to make GTA VI a new location but Vice City has the most to benefit from on a new Generation of counsoles.

New England, for numerous reasons one of them being Massachusetts is home to some pretty nasty places (Lawrence, Lowell and Brockton come to mind) and Connecticut being home to numbers thirteen and fourteen on list of America's most dangerous cities (Hartford and New Haven).
