This mountain looks much larger than the mountain in this screen /thread It's basically confirmed that this is the Chiliad. As stated in previews it's next to the Alamo Sea as seen in the picture as well. Incorrect. The mountain in the OP's post is Mt. GI or IGN (forgot which one) said Mt. Chiliad is the "highest point in the game" "Higher than any skyscraper" If you look at the pic in the OP's post (from Trailer #1) common sense says there can't be a mountain even taller than that... And being on a ridge, just remember LA San Gabriel Mts They are a large mountain range filled with peaks and then there's a desert. This mountain looks much larger than the mountain in this screen *PIC* Yeah, I'm pretty sure that this is the Mt. Chiliad. Your forgetting that theres 2 mountains off of the alamo sea. I actually think there is a few mountains or ranges surrounding the Alamo. Judging by the screens we have seen we are yet to see Chilliad front on. As you see below i doubt that is chilliad because as described in the GI article it is surrounded by wilderness which this particular mountatin (which IMO is the same one in the zancudo screen) There is very minimal wilderness or forset. Simply barren rocky desert and the mountatin itself is very bare with little to no trees visible. I doubt its due to LOD either because shrubs and palm trees to next to the sea are loading in. This shot below of the quad I believe is taken from the base or wilderness surrounding chilliad looking towards the alamo. It is denser and the tress appear similar to the ones we see in the trailer with the hikers aswell as the shot of the red plane flying through the valley. All of which i think are glimpses of mt Chilliad. I really dont think we have seen Mt chilliad in all its glory. R* would not casually show that in some screens and IMO are saving to reveal it later on the line or only ever show parts of it so we can all witness when we first play the game.
