You can only stay in that spot for so long before you realize its not even fun, and if the cave is underwater, you can only stay there until your oxygen supply is gone, and the police will be ready. I'm sorry but I figure just common sense wise I guess is that you can get to the underwater caves which are probley very few commonly found In the same area. I'm saying probley miles apart. And hide in them for an instant wanted level lost. Kinda like changing your shirt in your apartment. Even tho I think scuba Steve would be a. It wont be easy to escape them, will end up sitting there forever with nothing changing. Just like in IV when you were in a helicopter, no matter how long you stayed in the air you constantly remained wanted and it got very boring.
