Can't you distinguish the difference between a game engine (R.A.G.E in GTA IV's case) and the physics engine (Euphoria)? The guy wasn't talking about graphics. GTAIV is getting long in the tooth too but is the best of the bunch as it has greatly improved everything it just lacks land mass, airplanes, and some cooky fun messing about things will GTAV will rectify all the while further improving the everything else. It might have had less sh*t to do, or a bit smaller of a map to play on than past titles, but I never found myself bored with nothing to do. That's a personal thing, not a problem with the game. I don't get how anyone can say that there was nothing to do in IV once the final mission was over, even though that's the case for every other GTA since III. All you do after that is f*ck off, causing your own mayhem. That's what I've always done, and in IV, you even had MP to fall back on this time around. I also don't get the gripe with DLC. If you don't want it, don't buy it. I LOVED the DLC for IV, RDR, and LA Noire. Enough content for a decent price, what more do you want? Hell, even to this day, I say that Undead Nightmare is THE best DLC released to date for this generation of consoles. It was almost another game of it's own. I see that there are some people who have a problem with Rockstar, and how they do sh*t. That's fine. But think about it this way, at least they're not like Activision or Treyarch, releasing the same tired horsesh*t annually, with hardly any difference from the prior installement... Also, it's easy to criticize GTA IV because it's the first GTA game of it's generation, and it's four years old at this point. GTA III has aged just as poorly as IV has. Claude is still the best protagonist though. People should really be archiving all of these inane hissy fits we throw for the sake of future generations. Every new game you release is fresh, ambitious and extremely satisfying while passing. You're not like those greedy bastards from other companies who release new games every 6 months while adding only a few new bits in them. "your book" Your book is a sh*tty picture book for babies where like only 4 of the pages are left because all the other ones have been ripped out, and the pages that are left are all scribbled on and sh*t. If anyone listened to "your book" we would be playing GTA with NES style graphics where everything is top-down because it has to be, and you can't see more than 20 feet in any direction because it is top down.
