jamieleng Posted November 25, 2012 Share Posted November 25, 2012 (edited) GTA IV was a brilliant game, completely unparalleled in 2008, you just had to use your brain a little more than in san andreas to create a lot of fun, some people say there was nothing to do, but tbh, I spent countless hours in a high powered car powersliding on beaches seeing how many people i could hit before i stopped, it was fun as hell. Rockstar made the right call with IV, a little bare in terms of content, but overall fun factor once you learn how to use the physics to your ability was through the roof. Rockstar always makes great games, I've never played a Rockstar game I haven't enjoyed. Agree. I had so much fun playing IV, probably even more than playing SA. Oh please..... Why is it so hard for you to accept that some people enjoy IV more than SA? If that's what you're amazing post of "Oh please.... " meant. I don't think it's opinion to say, technically IV is far superior to San Andreas. However I can understand why people enjoyed SA over IV, which is something you're seemingly incapable of doing. thats because you can’t skip the Cutscene in the second playthrough-Jalaldinhoo Would you rather sit there watching a loading screen? I think it's obvious how far Rockstar have come from IV, there looks to be so many improvements, I really believe GTA V will be a game changer for the industry. Whether it's only for money or not, they really do put so much into their games that you can't do anything but respect them. However, this is a lame, kiss-ass, pretty cheap topic to be honest. I appreciate their work as well, just like I appreciate Nintendo's brilliant work and several other game companies. If anything, this topic could have waited until after GTA V was released. Then again, at that time, no one would be on here to even read it. Every new game you release is fresh, ambitious and extremely satisfying while passing. You're not like those greedy bastards from other companies who release new games every 6 months while adding only a few new bits in them. You always bring us something surprising, exciting, amazing, and that's just great. Thanks, again . I just had to. They've earned it. While I usually cannot stand people like Zee, who have criticised every aspect of GTA V and Rockstar, I equally cannot stand this kind of almost religious praise of Rockstar. Thanks though Rockstar for the free DLC and matchmaking updates. # That is a bit annoying but I think the cutsences are well done so I like watching them. Also that was done for the sake of no loading screens and I would rather watch that then wait at a loading screen. Think about it, everyone lies and makes fun of someone at one point in the story or another. Those friends of Luis were there to test his friendship with Tony. They are always making fun of Luis for working for Tony and to be honest, i don't remember them ever being nice. They were sh*t characters for a reason. The physics engine is bloody awesome. ...uh oh...lets stare at physics engine 24/7 ...seems legit.... what game FEATURES is much more important, than how it LOOKS...because no matter how good it looks, it won't buy you more gameplay hours, that you could have spent even if game didn't look as well as GTAIV did...
