ThatDarnGamer
Remember with RDR, La Noire and MP3 they did the Design and Technology Series videos. Do you guys think they will do the same for GTA V and when?

I don't know why so many people are assuming that means something other than the next trailer. I mean, it might, but it seems likely to be referring to another trailer, presumably after Christmas. GTAV OFFICIAL PAGE. redjamspear: they said "video releases" meaning there is going to be more than one video. It wouldn't surprise me, they have done it with RDR and Max payne 3. JonSnow17
NO like You dont know how to play or how gta will look Well considering this time we're going to play with 3 protagonists i assume they have to show how the feature works so it is going to be different, idiot ! Sunrise Driver
"Videos" may be new trailers and character videos. I feel typical GTA-style "old-school" promotion for GTA 5, not one used for LA Noire and MP3.
ShaneHunter
I remember barley knowing anything about Red Dead Redemption and stumbling upon the 'life in the wild west' video and my mind being blown. my hype was on an insane level as a result of that vid. The game ended up delivering too. Showing off a bit of gameplay, the new mechanics, story and the multiplayer with the voice over would be pretty cool. Andreas
I think that GTA V will have videos where Rockstar shows how the character-switching works instead of these "Design and Technology" videos as it was the case with the last three games from Rockstar Games. Well, GTA V is the first game of the Grand Theft auto series that has multiple protagonists where you can switch between each character in some missions and in free-roam so I wouldn't be surprised at all if there are videos about this. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is curious to find out how this exactly works. acmilano
They always wants more people to buy their games, not just people who bought older GTA games,so i expect that they will bring few of those videos to bring new buyers.
73duster
I think they have released more than enough info on the game, and would risk spoiling the fun of discovery if they continue releasing more info. When a release date becomes imminent, then reveal THAT, but nothing else.
ThisThatSwag
I'm kind of killing to see how the euphoria physics have improved and how they play in V. Call me crazy but I wouldn't mind them doing a video series like RDR or MP3. Just a long as it focused on just "driving" or just "gun play" something we know is going to be in the game so they can still keep surprises for us. Hurrikane
Good topic, I hope that they do in fact bring over these videos for GTAV, it really is very informative, educational, and just outright the a blast when R* does these. I hope that they have a series of about 4 or 5 videos detailing the switch mechanism in action and shows off how useful it is to use. A couple of videos shwocassing the driving, gun action, along with a making of V would be great to see.
