The Sindacco Crime Family was started by a man named Paulie Sindacco in 1992. Paulie Sindacco started his life of crime when he was only 17 years old. Paulie was very poor when he was growing up. In 1940, his mother decided to move to America to give Paulie a better life. Not long after he moved to America, Paulie meet a kid named Jimmy ''James'' who was a known criminal in the local neighborhood of Westdyke, Alderney. Over time, Paulie and Jimmy became close friends and treated each other like brothers. One day on September, 7th, 1941, Jimmy called Paulie and asked him to meet him somewhere at 7:00 PM and to not be late. Little did he know that one phone call was about to change his life forever. After 10 years, Paulie had become the Underboss of the Mangano Crime Family which is where he took orders from his boss, which is also his best friend, Jimmy. A month after Jimmy came back from his friend, Tony's house, Jimmy was going into a local restaurant called the Superstar Cafe to use the bathroom. As Jimmy pulled up to the restaurant, a black Admiral parked behind him a couple of blocks down the road. When Jimmy went back to his car, the car full of mobsters walked up to Jimmy and put 3 clips of Tommy Gun bullets into his chest. After the mobsters shot Jimmy they got back into their car and fled the scene before the cops showed up. Two hours later, Paulie got a call from a mutual friend of his and he told Paulie that his Boss and friend had been killed. Since that day, Paulie has been searching for the man who sent the hired guns after Jimmy and he swore to himself and to his friend that he would hunt the man down and put a bullet in his head and say these words "Jimmy Mangano sends his regards". On the day of Jimmy's funeral, Paulie realized that he had to take over as the Don of the family and to take the family to new heights and to not let anything stop them from climbing the ladder to the top of the criminal underworld.
