Michael is a successful ex-criminal and has earned himself a nice sum of $$$, while Franklin seems a bit naive from what I can see, and still needs to "cut his teeth" in the criminal underworld. Statistics say Franklin has the lowest IQ and that would be my guess as well based on my vast experience and knowledge of being around many different races & cultures. Most rednecks are very intelligent & can build/fix anything and survive with nothing, hardly something low IQ people can do. Ignorant yuppies can believe whatever they want. The proof is in the pudding, as they say. If the world stopped today, you would see who makes it and who don't. Anyways, I don't understand a thread asking this type of question, other than starting a race war. This is race bait and will do nothing but divide the forum. For example when he's talking to his friend (i think Lamar?) he lectures him on there being more to life then "gangbanging and throwing up gang signs", which is true but a bit contradictory considering he's a criminal as well. I just see Trevor as going down hill after a pretty successful start to life (maybe obtaining a college degree) but choosing drugs and crime. He said "Man your therapist has a lot to answer for." Watch the trailer and look at Franklins reaction to that line he looks embarassed. In the conversation prior to that line Michael must have told the guys his therapist suggested that he look for a father/son bond elsewhere because James is not the son that he wants him to be. So I'm thinking Trevor meant: "Of all the people you must father to you choose a black guy from the hood?" After all Michael is the total opposite to Franklin in terms of lifestyle and social class.
