I doubt we'll have the answer to it even after playing through the game 20 times. It's not like we're going to play a mission where each protag gets his IQ checked. As for the results, it was obvious that people were going to stereotype a black guy and a red neck to be dumb and a suit wearing guy to be very intelligent. Trevor may not be able to mix it with business people , but within his own community / area he knows whats what. However, Rockstar did say that different, unexpected personality traits would be shown so I wouldn't be surprised if it just turns out he got involved with the wrong people or started doing heavy drugs after his military career. You can become wiser by learning, but You can't do much about your intelligence. Most tend to think mathematics and such, but there are in fact several types of Intelligence. You can be very intelligent in that area for example and totally lack social skills and emotional IQ. Many criminals and serial killers are good example for this. To really see if one is intelligent, You need to face a problematic situation that You have not prior experience of. This is where IMPROVISATION will make You a winner or loser. Leonardo Da Vinci was a multi-intelligent, probably most intelligent human to walk on the face of Earth. I think he was bad only on Physics, maybe all his time went to brainworks.
