After some time, The Life Bandit has requested me to hand the topic over to him. I retire this page's ownership to him. Around the WWII Era, 3 members of the US Army, Lt. Royce Luckey, Sgt. Armando Hernandez, and Pvt. Nicholas Carlin met on the battlefield. The Japanese guns were bombarding the US force, the three of them alone took down all of the machine guns and went on to claim the hilltop and raise the American flag. The three learnt that together, they could accomplish anything and formed the Brothers In Arms, where we never leave any of our own behind and respect each other, more than ourselves. As of 2012, the xBIAx operate in Liberty City, controlling the docks of Alderney and Broker along with Industrial, Bohan. But times have changed, and many of the BIA members today hail from a criminal background, most from The Genovese Crime Family. Violence is a rule on the streets of LC and the high 9 leaders are seeing more opportunities down south and out west. A legion of BIA has been sent to the cities of Los Santos and Vice City respectively to set up a base of operations to grow the organization. The BIA must step out of their legitimate role in LC and continue to expand to places never before even imagined... 1. Be civil at all times. 2. Respect the ranks. 3. Do not violate other members by constantly tampering with their consoles or connections. We are here to have fun, not cause in-convinience. 4. Do not post on other pages negatively, unless in a teasing manner. Do not post at all if a posting ban including you is in place. 5. Respect the top 9 (The first members) despite their rank OR ALLEGIANCE. 6. Do not go causing ruckus on other enemies unless a higher ranked officer approves. 7. We are guests on a free service.
