Impossible to change game specs (200 Mo/3 Go) !

Hi,

 

Today I buy a Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC 3Go. So, it's a great card. I've tested BF3 in all Ultra and it works very fine.

 

Before I had a Nvidia GTS 250 - 512 Mo. GTA IV runned in Low details and not very well.

 

So I said to me : "Great, welcome to GTA 4 with all high specs". I run the game and i have a limitation (200mo/3go). Can't change resolution, textures, NOTHING.

 

I see on forums that i have to do some commande line for no memory restriction, etc, but it doesn't work.

 

Is there a solution ?

 

It's just a shame to Rockstar. Never, never, i will buy another Rockstar games, it's crap.

Try agan, it DOES work, the commandline parameter is -norestrictions, and it should be on a .txt called "commandline" in the same folder where launchgtaiv.exe is.

Damn, I was thinking that the command line file was like a launcher.bat.

But i don't change the thinking about Rockstar and their version of Gta 4 for PC. I'll never buy GTA 5 if they do the same thing.
