I know its awesome to have them , but to be honest, with knowing Rockstar we may see a few of them if not at all because non of the protagonists looks like someone will play these your thoughts ? Considering San Andreas, GTA IV and even Bully had them, I can see them returning in GTA V. However, I hope there are more games unlike IV which only had one (QUB3D). In the files of GTA IV, which you can access on the PC version. There is a file titled zombie.wtd that shows little weapon icons & other things that hinted at an abandoned arcade game based on the fictional movie 'Z: Resurrection'. Rockstar went to all the trouble of designing this place called "Video armageddon" and even made a mission end in a moral decision right at the front entrance, yet I couldn't go in and play anything. Why tempt me like that? If I can't pretend to be a criminal flying an airplane, the least you could do is let me pretend I'm a criminal pretending he's flying an airplane. But no, not an option, virtual darts was just so much more important. You know, because dartboards are so incredibly expensive that only bars can afford them, so it's not like I could just buy one in real life for $5 and play darts for real. All in all though, I really hope the arcade does turn up just as another side thing. I hope this game doesn't end up being so bloody minded-ly realistic that I have to play games in the game just to escape from the reality of the game. I believe I went to the bar in GTAIV once, and it was part of that mission. I mean darts, pool, bowling, just no. I can easily just drive my car into a busy sidewalk and have 1000x more fun than those minigames. I feel if they do bring it back, it's needs to be something that's going to hold my attention.
