SmC12 Posted November 23, 2012 Share Posted November 23, 2012 What exactly are you looking to change? The font? Colour? Effects? Also please state the software you're working with, because that will help us determine what is possible with your program. I'm not sure what effect or style you're trying to achieve, but the outline is very jagged when it should be smooth. You seem to have two outlines, a thin grey one and the larger white one, which looks more like a white background which has been cut out, which would explain the rough edges. To fix this I would add a smooth white stroke (outline), or a white glow around the edges to soften them. Secondly, the effect used on the text looks like a very large rounded bevel, either that or you used a brush to try to create some kind of camo pattern. It looks okay but maybe tone it down a little. Graven Posted November 24, 2012 Share Posted November 24, 2012 (edited) If You type text, DO NOT delete background, that´s a bad bad way to do it. Just save it straight as png and there will be no background. The image You posted seems to have very blurry camo pattern, probably a small and it´s upscaled. ANd a smooth bevel which makes it even blurrier. Google for camo styles and put them in your PS presets folder. Use the camo style with black stroke. And dropshadow with size 0, distance ~25 at 16 degree angle. If You want full opacity change blend mode to normal. It´s multiplied by default.
