EASTC0AST_GH05T Posted November 23, 2012 Share Posted November 23, 2012 sup peeps I recently preordered GTA V from rockstar warehouse and its showing that the vendor charged my card twice for the same game, anyone else ever experience that before? I recently preordered the GTA V deal where you get free same release day usps shipping and a free T shirt and as I tried to complete my order on the site it said my order failed but when I checked my bank statement I see I have been charged twice but haven't been given a receipt or confirmation number yet. It says the order process is pending twice on my card for 63.34. They haven't claimed the money yet but it still was taken from my card... you know how online transactions work. I was going to check my statement to see why the site was saying my orders wasn't going threw only to find out it went threw twice and is pending twice and they took 63.34 from me twice lol. I seen the add posted from the official rockstar site and thought that deal is a steal and I have to take advantage of it. I can see how it happened cause there official site was saying my order processed failed so I tried several times and then when I go to check my bank I see the order is pending twice for the game and they took the money twice in order for it to process so its pending twice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When placing an order the money can be taking at any time. unless stated in the T&C and/nor contract when placing the order that the money will not be taking UNTILL order has been dispatched the company can do as they wish. Log into your social club Account. 2. Choose “My Account” at the top of the page for a list of all your orders 3. Any orders that have beenmailed out will contain a link to “Track Package”. Clicking this will take you to the site where you will be able to track the status of your order. See if you can do anything there. However. "Once your order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled because digital titles are fulfilled immediately and physical products will be shipped on the day of order placement or scheduled the next business day depending on time when your order was submitted." An E-mail request are useless I personally hate them. But they do take up to 3-5 working days for one to be answered. Thanks for all your time and support, wouldn't that be something if I got a early copy lol? but naw I checked my account on there and all its showing now is my billing address info no shipping links yet. Ah hell maybe I will have two copies of the hottest most anticipated game to date. That ticket system is horrible they also have emails from me @rockstar support. Chekoloco Posted July 23, 2013 Share Posted July 23, 2013 I pre-order the Collectors Edition from R* Warehouse, i live in Mexico, when i preordered with my Credit card they charged 0.01 dlls (maybe to check the credit card), and they will charge the complete price until the shipment has been sent to me. Maybe i can´t get the game on 17th September, they said 5 to 7 labor days. If you have some problem, contact them they answer quickly. Good luck! How did you cancel your preorder from Rockstar Warehouse? I thought I canceled mine and went ahead and preordered from Gamestop to pick up @ midnight.
