So a couple of months ago I met a player on PSN with the I.D - Epsilonism-Today. He was a low rank but a very good player, extremely fair, always tried to help the noobs so I added him cos he seemed cool. Anyway he invited me to a chat and let rip with crazy Epsilon sh*t which was really similar to the Tweets from the EpsilonismToday Twitter account. He claimed affiliation with the Twitter account as well. I'm a very level headed person so obviously I didn't believe that this guy was officially Rockstar. I thought he was just some fanboy who was good at bullsh*tting. Note that he never actually claimed to be from Rockstar, in fact he wouldn't respond to questions/statements regarding Rockstar or GTA 5. He logged off and I thought I'd humour him and messaged him "So Mr Rockstar, you're a very skilled liar" On the 30th of September he responded. His reply was "There are only 3 great lies, brother-uncle. 1. Evolution 2. Sperm 3. The great animal vegetable divide. Don't be a doubter, doubters are unsaveables." Here's the strange part, on October 02, 2 days LATER the Epsilon Twitter account Tweeted: "3 great lies 1. Evolution. 2. Sperm 3. The great animal vegetable divide." EXACTLY WHAT THE PSN ACCOUNT SAID. How could someone guess the exact words of such a strange Tweet? Either: A. The guy is a psychic (unlikely), B. He somehow guessed/got lucky (unlikely), C. This "animal vegetable" thing was actually available before the Tweet (more likely but I searched everywhere and could not find anything similar) D. This account was created by Rockstar devs. As I said earlier he never responds to questions about Rockstar. He gives the impression that he's not playing a game, but that he is actually in the game. He says he's "visiting Liberty City." He also shows signs of Rockstar humour, he told me not to be a "snoozing hound" (Sleeping Dogs), a "quarrelling saint" (Saints Row) or an "honest criminal" (True Crime) As I've said I'm a level headed person but I can't find any rational explanation for this. I have the message and the date in my inbox so I will upload a screenshot when I can. I don't use this forum much, I'm not sure how to yet. What do you guys think? Has anyone else met this guy? I remember a while back they said on Twitter that they were preparing a remarkable new study program or something like that. Could this be it? Feel free to add him on PSN - Epsilonism-Today. Especially the fact that he said that exact tweet days before the Epsilon account did. That definately gives the story a lot more credibility in my eyes. Still, sadly, even if he does know stuff about GTA V I doubt he would say anything. Still, it's cool to think you might be playing GTA IV or Red Dead with one of the programmers or someone else who maybe worked on the game. Must add him myself sometime soon! They probably want to see and interact with people on MP. See what people like and so on. And they thought how do we call the Account? And ended up joining it to the Epsilon program. Double combo! You have to find a file upload website first, upload the image then post the url with image tags here. Try websites like tinypic.com photobucket.com/ postimage.org There are loads others if you have trouble. Just Google image hosting! Hope that helps! A troll would've said that he spoiled info, not sure what he'd accomplish by saying a certain someone is a R* dev besides having an absolutely useless amount of PSN friends on that profile. Although maybe that was the plan? Create an account early on to make it seem legit? We'll see when and if this person posts anything. If nothing in the next couple of hours, I'll lock. With this scam, he gets to troll people twice: once when he tricks them into joining the friends list and secondly in the messages he'll exchange with people desperate to get info out of him (as "Epsilonism-Today").
