And even so, an entirely new city in the amount of detail like LS or LC as a DLC is just not gonna happen. Unless they only add the city in.. nothing more. What you need to understand is that Rockstar is not going to make a new city for DLC it's stupid and a waste of time and resources. I think Rockstar has learned, and even said pretty clearly, that $10 is a better price point than $20.
