That would be a bummer. I dont know what he is talking about. Rockstar said they will be making interesting DLC's, not big ones anymore. That would be a bummer. Sadly Yes... Rockstar already talked about that in a Question and Answer part i think(please, Correct me if im wrong!) Dlc's will only be for multiplayer. I hated them in Max payne, you only got map and weapon packs. Red Dead Redemtion had those pretty nice and small DLC's for Multiplayer, which added some new Gamemodes and more abilities in Free Roam.
