As we know, one of the protagonists is Michael, a retired criminal who is, for yet unknown reason, forced back into crime. Only problem I see is that Michael only recently moved to Los Santos, so in order to depict his previous life, a new map would be required. Apart from that though it's a really interesting idea. This, of course, is pure speculation on my part, but I think the reason why they won't do episodes as DLC like in IV is because they may make a "Los Santos Stories" as a full release, maybe for next gen with improved textures to justify the full retail price. Presumably, Micheal was from Liberty City, so they already have the map created. just update a few textures, fix the trees, etc. I really could see this one happening, as 2/3 of the work is already done. Besides the earlier story of Michael has to have Trevor in it and they cannot implement the character switching thing in IV without major changes nor ignore Trevor. You got the character's name wrong, this bit's about Michael. OT: I don't know... personally I'd be happy not to see LC any more, but then I don't have a RYvita. As far as the 'proper' consoles are concerned I think any DLC would implement a parallel story in the same style as GTAIV. They wouldn't be so lazy (or at least I hope not) as to say "Here you are, here's your character, and uh oh yeah, he has some sort of past, but we'll only brush over that, moving on now." Most likely, they'll explain what happened to him in a cutscene(s), or actually have a mission where you play in his past (not a bad idea, considering the fact that Michael sees a therapist, which in turn would make him relive or recount his stories.
