The internet, the radio and the pedestrians will have/say contents related to urban legends and myths. I can see some small side quests that are dedicated to searching and investigating myths in the vast world of V's San Andreas. A little less rare would be better though, there isn't even any legit footage on bigfoot. Rockstar never included any bigfoot or lochness monster while developing SA. And no rat-man was in GTAIV either. So what makes you think something will be in this one? I would like to see it. When GTA SA and IV came to PC it came with the ability to look through the game files and guess what they found... THEY FOUND NOTHING! No bigfoot, no UFOs and no ratman! It's all just rumours and mods created by fans, not Rockstar's creations. Hell, i remember a thread from before GTA IV was released where people where discussing the possibility of a "Ratman" living in the subway-system. Somehow the thread became so popular that people actually believed it would be a thing and the misinformation carried over to the time after GTA IV was released. No really though, i hope that R* do finally add a REAL myth, that is REALLY rare... like to the point of rarety that 99% of people will call the first youtube/screeny fake... Something with a bit of mystery, so people like us (those of us that have been gathereing clues and worked stuff out about V before it was even announced) can gather the evidence ("it" has been sighted in the woods and on a mountian is xx area.... or all 3 sightings have been at exactly 11pm GTA time etc) and try and see it for ourselves... It's fun to walk around in a game trying to find something new. I always look for sharks in Vice City, and they were there. I remember a sub-marine in one of the games as well.
