All I know is that it's easier to pirate a PC game then console, and the punishment for console piracy is more direct (as far as I know, again, I'm not a master with this stuff). Overall the console market is bigger than the PC market, thats the bottom line as to why PC versions are typically released later. More bottom-line profit in the console market. matt19811 Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 As a pc gamer i agree, gta is worth twice as much as any other game. I say realease it but make us wait again. I'll be buying it twice, once for my sons xbox and once for my pc and that's fine it will be worth it. Plus gta needs a good 9 months before people hack the sh*t out of it. I think one of the main reason is multiplayer. I've had a few people tell me, from experience: Don't pirate it, you'll miss a lot of great stuff To be honest, if it does come on PC, I will download it eventually for free, and try out all the mods. Not all Pc gamers are pirate, yes sometimes i pirate but that does't mean i don't buy good games. And second there will be multiplayer in GTA V people want that.
