This is why PC gamers can't have nice things it's people like you. We console gamers get barely 720p resolution and barely 30fps and no mods, graphic enhancer mods and such do we f*cking complain every damn day. I didn't say GTAV would need title updates. And yes, the RAGE version used for Max did have DirectX11 support for the PC version of that game. Just, that, you're reading too much into this whole DX11 thing. While personally I don't think GTAV will be a "port", as such, it theoretically can happen like GTAIV and the GTA 3-era games.
