DeadZombie Posted November 21, 2012 Author Share Posted November 21, 2012 This is just soooooooooooooooooooooooo f*cking surprising this subject came up again Nobody wants zombies, if you want it there are plenty of games on the market that will supply your zombie needs, the recent call of duty being the main one also you may want to look into the game state of decay its an open world zombie game also RDR Undead nightmare is reall good too, if R* puts out zombie DLC I will be super pissed off cuz ppl like you just dont know when to stop, there are too many zombie games on the market you and the other zombie fiends just dont know how to look around for good games Yet it comes up a lot? It's only right, we need to man up and acknowledge that he totally didn't mean what he wrote, as it was all just a complicated allegory that our feeble minds just cannot comprehend. I have gotten a good laugh out of this topic topic, but now time to give my opinion: I have never played The RDR zombie mode, but would like to, just cant afford it right now with so much on and the added strain from xmas, but i have played the Zombie mode in COD: World At War, and enjoyed it (best thing to come out of COD, post COD4), and even though i have L4D 1 +2, i've hardly played them, dont really know why tbh lol. Although an even better, yet totally crazy idea is: Dinosaurs! (as Dice have yet to add a game mode with dinosaurs to Battlefield 3 as many people believed them to be doing) Do I even need to explain why that would be awesome?. A Couple T-Rex's attacking your tank, a flock of pterodactyls swarming your Buzzard heli, being chased by a few Velociraptors through a shopping mall or through a forest, need i go on? I highly, HIGHLY recommend Undead Nightmare to anyone and everyone who purchases Red Dead Redemption, it's an amazing expansion pack, tied in first place as my favorite ever with Oblivion's Shivering Isles. And I love the dinosaur idea lol Jurassic Park: Los Santos. Essentially it would give the same effect except instead of blurring the lines of reality and the supernatural it can still be somewhat believable if you have to watch your back from drugged up lunatics that want to eat your brain. Good idea, i won't be really interested in a "zombie" DLC unless it's something like this, i liked Undead Nightmare because it's kinda unique since there is horses and such, i hate generic zombie games like Dead Rising/Dead Island, so i'm not sure if something similar would work out in GTA, if it's just like Dead Island but in third person then No Thanks. Bits and pieces of it are still in the files if you know where to look. I noticed they was a glitch in gta iv,like from a distance you can see the ped models moving like zombies. Yea it may have been slightly overdone by other games but GTA is the perfect platform for a zombie game. A highly detailed city and countryside. Imagine crowds of zombies chasing you through downtown. You are looking for supplies and trying to survive. Or imagine being Trevor in his trailer in the countryside. R* said this game was going to be ambitious, and ambitious does not mean jumping on the band wagon. I just don't see it working out without it turning into a Left 4 Dead clone.
