Schemer Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 I'm not really sure what your asking but to create animations and .gif either spinning avatars or avatars from a youtube video you will need a couple programs. Most of theses you can get a 30 days free trail for and to create graphics you can always download Gimp for free. If You have Photoshop, You can export layers to .gif animation, "save for web & devices". Gimp has additional animation package (GAP) which can be used to create all sorts of animations from simple ones to spinning cubes and other 3D planes. Any other program other than what? if you are looking to create a gif without using any softwares you could simply use one of those vid to gif sites.
