Function-X-
I'm pretty sure you probably still enjoy playing a modded* GTA on your PC till now. and if you prefer your GTA clean, then, that's just like, your opinion, man. Modding makes the game live, and the way Rockstar ignore it... is just absolutely terrible. If you are a fan of having something new in your game after a while, I'm sure that you have found IV a (bit) disappointing then... Is it going to happen again with V ? Shades of Hot coffee cannot be forgotten ? GTA modders are damned to be neglected forever ? Forgive me if there's a similar topic, lock if needed. *I mean friendly modding here, skins, models, maps, etc. NOT a multiplayer advantage. Sneakerhead.
I don't see why R* would be against modding, as it gives them sales on the PC versions. Infact, I think that R* like modders, because they can see what thousands of people can do with the game, and how much potential some people have. Adriaan
There's been plenty of modding talk and coverage on Rockstar's own newswire. Sure, maybe not in last few months, but it's been covered before. What's the sudden worry over modding? Especially this one about Hot Coffee... Rockstar didn't go to any lengths to combat modding for GTAIV, at all. And they certainly won't do that for GTAV.
