Probably. The word nigga has never been a problem in gta. I rember Playboy X saying nigga, and some of the black gang members say it too. And what about Yusif?

The "N word?" It's "ni**er," we're all adults here (see the Louis CK link above). If the word was really so offensive, black people wouldn't call each other "nigga" all the time.

 

That said, of course, Franklin and Lamar will call each other "nigga." That's not even an interesting question. What interests me is whether non-black characters or NPCs will say "ni**er." R* is known for pushing the envelope and is not exactly PC. Personally, I liked in IV how Gerald comfortably referred to Italian and black gangsters as "guineas" and "ni**ers" respectively. This was realistic as rural rednecks aren't the only people in America who use "ni**er," whether casually or as a deliberate racial slur. So it will be interesting to see how controversial R* gets, especially if Trevor and Franklin do end up hating each other.

LOL. Who said no one else can say "Nigga"? There is no golden rule. It's a free country and you can say what you want. Some blacks are cool with other non-blacks saying but then you have the bunch that will bash your f*cking head in. You just have to be careful who you say it around rather you like it or not. They did in San Andreas but that was a ghetto, hoof black culture vibe they based it off of and black culture involve the word in NIGGA in sentences we say such as, Nigga wtf ur problem, NIGGA say what, NIGGA get it over here etc.
