What if Michael has an Italian last name? ... all would know that the mob will be featured... kesta195 Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 I think Trevor has a middle name. Listen carefully to the way the audio cuts form Trevor to Philips, it's not perfectly seamless. It's probably just a quote from the game that they used to explain what kind of guy he is rather than deliberately telling us his last name. On the other hand, it could be to hide the nationality of franklin & Michael. Michael seems american but Franklin could be any number of nationalities.
