Has he gone to live in Las Vegas with Woozie in the casino or gone back to Liberty City? It just doesn't seem like he would leave the Grove again after the first time. CJ always found the main people in each city such as Jizzy, Mike Tourino, Woozie, etc so how would he not come across Michael or that psycho Trever? I know its a different universe but I see no reason why R* can't give a brief cameo of CJ at least, what harm would it do? There is a reason why Claude made an appearance in San Andreas, along with St. Mark's Bistro and why Rosenberg and Kent Paul all made appearances. It was the last chapter of the III era. It's done.
