ll rdny ll Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 Honestly, if GTA V did come out for the Wii U, it wouldn't use the Tablet controller, so I could potentially play the game with the tablet controller as a screen, while someone else uses the TV to watch Netflix or something (read: on the toilet) Now, I would more than likely buy a Wii U version, along with my Xbox version. Just because I could play when my girlfriend decides she wants to watch something. @anyone crying about how it should never come to a Nintendo console - Shut up. That is all. Chukkles Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 The Wii-U may have HD graphics but that doesn't say anything about the size of the games it can run. Wii couldn't run COD 3 becasue you get to a point were there are infinate amount of enemies coming over a hill and it started lagging so much and I couldn't continue the game. Wii-U isn't going to be a massive improvment in game space, just graphics. GTA V will never fit on the WII-U no matter how many disc's, I assure you, if it did it would be a real shiity port and you'll wish for a 360 at the very least. The Wii-U uses Nintendo's version of Blu-Ray, which holds 25GB of data. So, chances are, the GTA V would fit on one disc for the Wii U. The Wii U is more than capable of running GTA V, and both Rockstar and Nintendo would profit greatly from GTA V being released on it. The Wii U already has a great game lineup, many of them rated M, so the game being censored by Nintendo is out of the question. I don't beleive for one minute it has equal proccessing power to the 360. The Wii couldn't even run COD 3. I have a Wii and I use it only for Nintendo specific games because all ports on it are so bad. BUT the wii u has good support from other devs who are making M rated games. That is how i see it. Chukkles, stop being ignorant and thinking wii=wii u. They are very different, jump from wii to wii u is like ps2 to ps3. It is capable of running all the games the ps3/360 has just as well. I remember hearing that AC3 on the wii u does not suffer from the bad FPS the ps3 and 360 does.
