Added cars won't MOVE

I add car to GTA SA, of course I read tutorials. I converted handling lines with HandlingLineConverter. I thinked everything has done perfect, but when I opened the game and spawned my car it wont move. And I tried three times again to add car (not the same car) it didn't work.

I just can't drive my car. Carl gets in, he watches mirror when I want to reverse, and when I want to turn front wheels are moving, but car is still on the same place.

Can anyone help me??? or make video about Adding cars to GTA SA???

Are you talking about "Adding new cars" or replacing existing cars?
