You are not alone. Vice city deserves remake in HD era, but I'm glad they choose to do LS in GTA V, Los Santos is great city too.

Modern day Vice City is something I really want for GTA VI.

 

If not, then I want an entirely new city. Maybe something in the midwest (Chicago?).

no, I'd like new cities,repeating the same ones would be boring, I mean, yes they will recreate the real cities but, i guess a new city in a gta wouldn't do any bad

It's pretty obvious that GTA VI is going to be set in Vice City.

It's not obvious, Vice city was expected to be GTA V by a lot people, but Rockstar decided to do Los Santos instead, so you never know.....but Vice city certainly deserves to be remade.

GTA V is probably the last game for this generation and the HD era, idk what the next era will be called buh im sure it'll be a new one.

 

the first city for the next gen should definately be, Vice City and the surrounding area, i think they should include some Caribbean Islands OR Cottonmouth (Tampa), because the maps are just gonna keep gettin bigger! biggrin.gif

 

after that game they definately need to bring GTA to CHICAGO its the third biggest city and it has not even been mentioned in GTA! of course they should not call it Chicago i was thinking about this recently and i think a good name for a GTA Chicago could be Capone, dont think that needs any explanation.

 

after that idk where they should go buh some ideas could be:

 

1. Capitol City (D.C.) and they could focus on political corruption and the poverty stricken neighborhoods they dont show on the post cards.

 

2. they could re-visit Liberty City and make it even bigger including East Island (Long Island), A lot more of Alderney, and parts of Upstate Liberty with many upstate new york cities depicted which would also add a outside of the city zone that people missed in GTA IV.

 

3. they could go down to Texas and do Houston or any of those cities and they could focus on the world of illegal immigration and drug smuggling with the map spilling into Mexico like a revamped RDR.

 

4. and sooner or later they need to redo San Fierro and add Oakland in there, and redo Las Venturas focus on the people running all the casinos out there, and do San Diego soon and they could focus on Cartel Warfare.

 

so much of the world R* has not yet touched with there awsomeness haha. icon14.gif

I've never had a hard-on for Vice City like many do. I'm still waiting for Chicago to feature in a GTA, so yeah, new city.

Las Venturas is my choice. Yeah, VC is great game, but LV was only once in the series.

Twice, if you count the tv-commercials in GTA IV.

As for which city.... I'd go for San Fierro or A new city.

I actually really for Miami being the setting of GTA 6. And if it is, I cannot wait for the wet weather, beautiful tropical flora, condos, and luxury Spanish Renaissance Mcmansions. biggrin.gif
