TheRapture94 Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 Im trying to to update my GTA 4 game and the update seems to work fine right until the very end when it says "windows cannot find 'launchGTAIV.exe' make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" now i have obviously check it is there, and it is there i tried so much and still not working please help. mkey82 Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 It's possible the game hasn't been installed properly/completely for some reason. You can use the self extracting archive I created here http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?on51nqo8i6xxanx Simply place the archive into the game installation directory, run it and press extract. Red Hat Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 Re-install GTA IV then update your GTA IV with Patch #7 (if you have not downloaded it then CLICK HERE .
