As for the Ghettos we need more life into them, the projects in GTA IV were sh*t, felt so lifeless, then again most of GTA IV did. I'm sure this has been discussed multiple times in this thread but that scene in the trailer where the Ballas are getting arrested in the backstreet, that's the kind of random encounters I'd love to see, dice throwing with money on the floor (that you could pick up, which they wouldn't like), people walking up to each other, shaking hands then leaving (AKA a drug deal) small stuff like that that in sure is not too hard for the current gen. In terms of gang warfare I'm hoping gangs question you or attack you if you're wearing green. Hopefully they don't mess this up because it's gonna be a long time till we see Los Sanots again I imagine.

I agree with some of what you are saying, with all the needless bickcering about who is really from the hood and how tough one is. However if you read closely, you will see that guys like Getzmunney and Papi Chulo who are actually from the hood are the ones who are trying to keep everything on topic.
