Unfortunately it looks like the gangs will be fighting cops instead of each other and all 3 protagonist will be able to walk thru any hood like they dont exist unless they start trouble

A recent preview said that they will start sh*t with you. In GTA IV, certain gangs would attack you if you stood around long enough, so it wouldn't even make sense not to have it in GTA V.

Not quite true about GTA IV. You always had to instigate trouble for a gang member to attack you. I've never seen a gang member attack me by just standing there, I've tried it many times.

Right definetly not true about IV I still play it sonetimes to this day and I have never been attacked in any of the hoods unless I start trouble I walk around and hang out in the hood and nothin happens everybody minds their on business IV had the safest hoods in history from the GI preview it sounds like the hoods will be the same because they said ballas will not attack unless confronted just like IV but for some reason they attack cops on sight I hope R* reads this and sees that nobody is happy about that and that IV hoods were very boring with no threats without having to start them and that V hoods will present that element of danger

If you fire a gun next to the hospital in Algonquin, sometimes a gang member will shoot at you with an ak. But yeah, never unprovoked. But unprovoked wouldn't make much sense to me.

And if Franklin is really Grove Street, I hope dudes around the neighborhood know him. Like Groves address him by name, Ballas try and start sh*t with him or if it't nice and quiet try and creep on the nigga. SA had this but after IV I don't know.

 

Also it would be cool if there was that one place where there's just always a million gang members ready to start sh*t. IDK, I always used to hear LA rappers talking about the Compton Swap Meet, maybe that was that kinda place. In all honesty, wtf even is a swap meet?
