Are you sure its not the Buffalo that has been updated? Cause the basic shape is the same, and the only differences are minor. I would say they updated the Buffalo with some features from the current Charger. The only thing that is off, is those side vents.

Think of TBoGT. We had 2 versions of the Schafter aswell, one resembling an older Mercedes vehicle, the TBoGT one resembling a new one.

The Police SUV is based on a Declasse SUV;

 

Something tells me this is the new Rancher. It has the same type of grill and its used by cops like in SA.
