Also the second topic would be probably better for this and I'm not sure if it's just a placebo effect maybe, but the cars have better feel than the last time I was playing that game. Rhapsody for example is very light almost bouncy and you can definitely feel the difference between it and the Warrener for example. Maybe they finally realise that driving should be fixed after all.

Hey I've noticed that too, while the handling is still simplified as consistent with GTA V, it does feel distinct - I'm having a lot of fun driving the Rhapsody around.

I also like the unique features of the Pigalle - the Euro licence plate and the yellow headlights (it's a French thing if any of you don't know). Would be fun to see some of that stuff in the future, like maybe some rare antique British car with the driving wheel on the right.

 

Now all I need is the PC version to fix the handling and mod the addon vehicles into traffic.

Great update overall. Really like the pigalle, the rhapsody and the glendale, not enough proper off-roading terrain to really appreciate the G Class 6x6.

 

Now I want some proper classics (rarities), Mercedes 300SL (gullwing), Maserati Frua Berlinetta, Ferrari 250 SWB California Spyder, Austin-Healey 3000, classic 911 (and proper modern one) yes please!

I love every single car in this pack. I think the Panto was a waste but whatever, there's 5 other vehicles that make up for it, easily. I wasn't expecting all of these though, majority of them caught me off guard. I thought they were going to bring back some GTA faithfuls but not to my avail.

I really dig the Pigalle in this, reminds me of classic Lamborghini's and De Tomaso's.

And I love that the rest aren't stupid candy wrappers with V24's.

The Glendale i think is a good car, nice old merc finally and um it has something called suspension.

EDIT: They all drive pretty well, they also have different characteristics from each other and vehicle sounds, even up to closing the door, i think rockstar are starting to think again.

P.S the pigalle is a very nice vehicle to drive, not like any other in the game.

Guess I'll be playing V early tomorrow morning. Gotta do some photoshoots of thesr cars and see if I enjoy them.

Really wish they would add the PMP 600. should be in a new DLC release.. "PIMPIN"

 

I don't have many mods to my 300.. just a cadillac horn, dropped the resonators, and put a blue LED light behind my chrysler emblem.... other people donk this car out! especially in S. Fl. not to mention a pretty common car.. no reason for it not to be in game..

 

I was thinking the 2005-2010 model would be PMP 600 1. ( as we have a couple cars in game that have model 1 and model 2)

and the 2014 SRT8 model for PMP 600 2.

 

What else for a PIMPIN update... hmm..

Tried out the Glendale and it was okay. I kind of like the Lampadati better. I'm honestly not a big fan of the BMW Bavaria rear, I wish this car was just full Mercedes-Benz.

I was peacefully climbing up the winding roads near the west coast and when I was approaching Weston's mansion, this idiot in a Stratum slowed down. I got impatient and sped up to pass him but my car flew through the destructible fence and down the hill it went. It rolled all of the way down to the swamps!

Well, I have to say the Glendale and Rhapsody are the first cars that are remotely enjoyable to drive, although there is still a long way to go. They have somewhat of an improvement in suspension, about what I expected, and still zero body roll. The biggest difference is that they have grip levels that are within the bounds of reality for old cars like them. Unlike the Tornado and Emperor which handle like modern sedans.

 

It's a baby step in the right direction. Maybe they are finally staring to admit their mistake, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

For those who might not know, some of the strange cutomizing options for the Warrener are based on the Bosozoku style of Japanese car culture. Just google bosozoku and you'll see what I mean.

Neon undeglow is definitely coming. It has been found in the game files, seen in the next gen trailer, and with mods, it is possible to use them on vehicles.

I gotta say, the Dubsta 6x6 is almost as badass as the G63 AMG 6x6. It can climb very steep hills and hit numerous vehicles without showing any damage whatsoever. I took it to Mount Gordo and had some fun with it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

But when I submerged it into a shallow pond, it stalled. The real one can do it, but this one can't... Shame on you Rockstar.

It's not in GTA V and thankfully nothing looks like it. There are bunch of other SUVs you can choose from.

The Vapid Radius is the closest you'll get to it, and that's only because it's an incapable soccer mom crossover.

Incapable? It's one of the best SUVs performance-wise, a great sleeper. I often win races with it.

The Liberator, for some reason, doesn't have working headlights. You can't turn them on or destroy them. Now that's lazy.

The Sovereign is just a reskinned Police Bike, but still nice. Nice engine noise, and look, natural white walls again. Just a shame its appearence can't be modified. I'd love to make it look like the Angel - which makes me think, why didn't they call it the Angel? Seems pretty fast.

Could be that Liberator has fiberglass body and headlights are just details/stickers (like in Nascar).
