Finally lost a car, my 9F. Luckily I had autosave off and didn't save after buying and customizing it. Lost it in an explosion and it never showed up anywhere... yet Rockstar said they fixed this problem. They probably got someone to try and do it and he did a half assed job and the problem still exists.

Why are you complaining about something that's YOUR fault?

Why are you an annoying troll and/or ignorant poster all of the time? Rockstar stated that if you buy a car or customize one, it's yours! Meaning that if I lose it, it should go to the impound, no if and or buts about it. It's my fault I accidentally drove my 9F off a freeway opening. It is their fault that the stupid Impound System is broken and chooses which cars to and not to impound. Next time make sure you know what you're talking about next time...

You don't need insurance in SP. If you buy or customize a car it is yours. What part of that don't you understand? If anything happens to it then it should go to the impound. I blew up stolen cars and they went to the impound so that throws away your points, which you haven't really backed up in any way at all.

Does anyone know how you can acquire the orange stunt car that you come across in one of the missions? You know the one with guns attached and a chair that send passengers flying.

I was planning on creating a thread dedicated to listing all the vehicles and specifying their real life versions. But i see you have something LIKE that already.

 

The only thing i'm displeased about is the lack of order, and some of the suggestions of what they're supposed to look like, so maybe i could create one anyway.

Oh, you mean the JB 700? Where you play as Franklin in a tux?

 

Interesting that you had an orange one, i assumed it would be grey in everybody's game because it's based on James Bond's DB5.

 

Anyway, you can buy it from the Legendary Motorsports site, in-game.

You mean the JB700? You can buy it online for 475000. It comes with the guns, but they don't work and the ejection seat also doesn't work. Those are mission only, sadly.

Cops shooting at me made it despawn. I don't know if this is scripted to happen, but if it is, there's a chance to get a very nice 800k car for free just for doing a simple mission.

Bought Michael a yellow Pegassi Monroe (Lamborghini Miura) and took it out for a short drive. All I have to say is that its just become my favorite car.

Bought Michael a yellow Pegassi Monroe (Lamborghini Miura) and took it out for a short drive. All I have to say is that its just become my favorite car.

 

The Stinger GT is 850K in-game. That's what I'm talking about in the post.

More than disappointing that the Stinger GT is online only it seems. As I can’t play online here at my house as my net sucks like a Vegas whore. But that really blows hard IMHO.

 

Also quick question do you have to be online to get the Elegy RH8? Or can I go to my friends make a Social Club account and basically download it or patch it in if you will, and access it at any time like that? Or do I need to have a constant internet connection to use it? Just wondering as this weekend I may be able to go over to a friends and patch it and get it in there when I go get my blimp code redeemed. Figured this would be as good as place as any to ask. Would be nice if I could get it as I love the GT-R and the Elegy was my favorite car in San Andreas.

 

Also funny story about my Monroe, I bought a red one as Trevor’s made no mods to it (aside from Wire rims similar to those on the JB700 IMO they fit the car better) parked it at the strip joint figured “This place is safe” as my Sandking never vanished, it disappeared in an offloading accident up Chilliad…Boom, so I park it there, only used it a few times, and it’s gone, along with the beat up ghetto low-rider of a Voodoo I customized, just up and gone, never to be seen again I hoped that they’d appear in the impound (the strip club has actually cloned cars there before you’d go to the impound and be able to get your car mods and all from the impound, and go back and see it safe at the club) but no dice, not allot of money in retrospect, but every bit counts, but seeing as I didn’t wait till the end to do the Lester Stock tips odds are unless I find someway to make bank I won’t be getting all of the property this go around anyways so who cares, that and I love the car so I'm really thinking about a new one, as it is IMO one of the best looking, and best preforming cars in the game.

 

Also funny note, I still haven't found a Balkon or whatever they're called, they look like a crossbetween a early 2000's Mercury Cougar and a Hyundai Tibron, and I have only seen one, or two, figured they'll be common enough on my first day, didn't see one since. I did however finally find some fullsades, they spawn well enough now, and I'm glad they're fun little cars.

Elegy is very much accessible in SP, just enter any character's garage and press right on D-pad when prompted.

It's called a Bollokan Prairie. And about time somebody else besides than me thinks its also based on a Cougar.

I know there's a mustang copy but I think that's based more on the newer mustangs is it not?

All the cars on the MP websites cost less. I think the Z Type only costs 1mill now. I didn't really pay attention to all the prices, but they're all definitely cheaper.

I got and driven Khamelion today. I love that car, it has good handling and is so quiet that nothing disturbs me at races or free-roaming.

quick question guys is the crotti carbonizzare really the second fastest car in the game? I was looking at the IGN stats.
