Is it me or does the game feeel like it actually has less vehicles?

In the city I feel like there is less variety. Maybe the cars only look very similar... idk

Yeah it looks like it. I'm pretty let down by Rockstar when it comes to vehicles. Biggest selection of vehicles yet mediocre handling and less variety.

yea you can.. their is a certain one though, it has a door open, and that is the only one enterable.

Wait, which one is the big one with the front having a bump on the top? (not good with planes) but the big passenger plane is driveable, (it is white) it is parked next to another one, go under and press enter, and you will automatically enter

Loving the Tailgater.

 

I used to think it looked boring and that I probably wouldnt drive it.

 

Once I put a dark matte red paint job with a carbon roof and xenon lights....it changed everything.

 

Are people happy with the driving? I think it's the best it's been in a GTA game.

Apart of the Faction, the Merit and the classic Rancher are back too, in their wrecked version of course. No pics of the Blista Compact classic, but also there, same wrecked model as GTA IV.

Actually: I've driven the Hotknife and holy GOD it has some hilariously terrible handling.

 

I play with the slidey cars cheats (improves the physics vastly) and the Hotknife has TERRIBLE brakes. The in-game stats even give it an abysmal brake score. You can hit the brakes and slide an entire city block while barely slowing down. It's kind of hilarious and fits with its old-school look. It's clearly got some sh*tty drum brakes.

 

It's a ton of fun to drive, just remember that the brakes are mind-blowingly terrible. Plus the car gets squirrely under power. It's a loose cannon all right.

Same here. Maybe because there are so many returning from IV, but it feels like there are less cars than IV.

 

If only the Faction and Uranus were in, the game would be 50% better. Seriously.

at the end it has more vehicles than IV with Bikes, aircraft Jetski and so on.

 

SO either they have split up cars between countryside and city or there really are less CARS than in IV.

There is a list of vehicles in the Social Club. I take it that it is complete, there are 257 vehicles.

Have patience. As I've stated before, it'll be a while before I get around to updating the main post. I'll do the list on GTAV.net first. I'm just now setting up to take some high def. pictures, and will start capturing all the cars I come across while I play.

Hey guys, if you want to help try and get the GTA IV driving mechanics back (or at least a compromise between IV & V) then sign this petition, its already got over 300+ signatures. I know you may think there is no point but R* are the type of company that listen to their fans so there's a good chance they'll see it.
