Why so many similar cars. So for BMW parodies we have the Sentinel, Zion and two Oracles. Why when there are so many other cars to choose from? Not sure why there are two Cavalcades either, one is just a slightly facelifted version of the other. The guide also lists some convertibles separately but doesn't show others, for example the guide has no mention of a convertible Tornado when we know there is one.

 

Actually, from what I have seen, I get the feeling the Tornado may become a new series mascot, they seem to be everywhere. Junkers, convertibles, low riders etc.

And the seperate convertibles are the ones you can actually choose to get the top up/down via the press of a button.

If it true, quite surpise that the stallion won't appear. A car that been in almost every gta game.

Super Drop Diamonds was just a gold version of the Drop Diamonds.

It would have been in the guide anyway.

 

And the Super Drop Diamond was a coupe vesion of the Super Diamond. Given that they've done a Coupe version of the Felon and Cognoscenti, it's rather surprising not to see it in GTA V.

The Exemplar is a 4-door Rapid GT. Meanwhile, the Zion is a 6-Series, while the Sentinel a 3-Series. Also, note that the Audi A5 on one of the artworks isn't present in the game.

As I said earlier, DON'T TRUST THIS GUIDE.

It doesn't list the Boeing747 which was flown in the leaked gameplay. It was not a mission, either. It was flown in freeroam.

At least there are a few new crappy sedans, Déclassé Asea (Opel Astra?), Vapid Stanier (Ford Crown Victoria) and Karin Asterope (Toyota Avensis?).

 

Not exactly a Willard but better than nothing.

 

No Yankee though, there has been one since III.

The Asea's based on the Chevy Aveo, even in name. And don't forget the Stenier, that's great that the Crown Vic is finally in GTA, shame about the lack of Taurus though.

hope the physics is just like what Rockstar says. I mean, understeer FWD cars, easy climbing in 4WD, while RWD like Dominator or Gauntlet are hard to steel (musclecar nature)

Chevrolet, Vauxhall and Opel are all GM, so the Aveo and Astra have a lot in common. Aveo would be more appropriate for USA though.

For those that don't like the Baller name for the new Huntley, rockstar may had gotten inspiration from Bowler, who make tuned Land Rovers.

 

The Gresley and Stanier may have gotten inspiration from the chief designers of two rival English railway companies. LNER and LMS. Maybe a train fan working on names?
