So far Stallion was always based on Oldsmobile 442. This car is very likely Hellenbach, because Mustang based car in CTW has that name.

I just don't see them using the same car that they used in an other game and not re use the name they gave it. Maybe in the III Era, but not this time.

There's good chance that the Mustang look a like seen in screenshots will be the new Stallion. Hellenbach could be also its name.

I have to agree. I almost never drove it in IV, as the handling was sloppy and the design was a bit... awkward. Especially the convertible.

I have to agree. I almost never drove it in IV, as the handling was sloppy and the design was a bit... awkward. Especially the convertible.

I hope Stallion is in unchanged. It's supposed to be the iconic car of the series, unchanged design-wise since III (except becoming less cartoony in IV). It handled very well for a IV car, but it could still have some improvement with the new physics.

I sincererly doubt the Mustang is the new Stallion, as the IV one was Classique-branded (based on an Oldsmobile and all), and I bet they're being more consistent here than in the 3D era.

It's for capturing high-quality screenshots and video, in my case, of V on my 360.

Unnamed Sports car 10 is the Maibatsu Coupe, Azazel just renamed it the the "Thunder".

The headlights, badge position and overall shape reminds me of a late-80's BMW, possibly an e23 7 Series.

 

 

Possibly the Vice City version of the Sentinel returning?

I split one 'Unnamed Truck' into two, as they were two separate vehicles. Now 'Unnamed Truck' 4 and 5. Didn't make a note of it in the changelog, though.

 

 

And where is 'Unnamed Sports Car 10'?

Wasn't that the Maibatsu? I renamed it to 'Thunder'...

It's too wide to be an old BMW IMO. The hump on the hood and quad headlights are very much like that of a '70 GTO, but the overall shape looks rounded and modern...

Exactly, that's what I said.

Then again, Perennial got changed, though Stallion was in since GTA I. Speaking of Perennial, I wonder if we'll see a spiritual successor like we did with other cars in IV - Sentinel was changed into a sports coupe but Oracle inherited the old executive sedan role, Buffalo was turned into a Dodge Charger, so Ruiner took over the 80's GM Muscle Car role, and while there was no Majestic Faction was based on the same model (it was named Majestic in the beta though).

 

What's the name of that capture thing, Az? Might come in handy... all I have is a composite/S-Video USB dongle which is impractical for recording games because ignoring the low quality, it only captures in real time so I have to stare into a small laggy capture window (not possible to play that way).

Sorry to ask this but is there a GTA V version of the new challenger? I couldn't find it in the op

 

The black car with the grey stripe and the white car with the red strip are Gauntlets which have the rear of a Camaro and the front of the Challenger.

GTA IV had 130 vehicles total, but only 35 that ever spawned as traffic in multiplayer freeroam. How many vehicles do you guys think will spawn as traffic in GTA V? im hoping more this time around, there were a lot of cars missing in multiplayer in IV that i would have loved to drive.

Yes it has been classified. It's listed as the Thunder in the list. And no, it is not based off of the civic or the Accord. It's based off of the the 4th gen Mitsubishi Eclipse.
