In the list, although the front end is different, I think 61 may be a Tampa from TBOGT.

It has been reconfigured from SA into TBOGT so I think again that this unknown muscle car is number 61 in the list.

I may be a bit dreamer, but I believe that most of the cars from IV will find their way to V, so we'll see definitely more cars.

I hope so, but I also hope that the number of new cars alone is as much as the cars in IV. Seems like that already though.

That's true, most cars from previous GTA games were recycled for the later games, the only ones who didn't were the ones who didn't fit the timeline.

 

If they do return, I hope that previous generations return as well... I kinda got used to the IV Sentinel, and I'd hate to see it go.

In the graphic I made, the car with the headlights on, in the center, is a Tampa from GTA San Andreas. The car from TBOGT is also a Tampa. The back end of this Buick looking thing also looks like the Tampa from TBOGT.

 

So, we'll see what it turns out to be. A Tampa or something different.

That might be bit of an overstatement. But I enjoy doing them.

The only thing the Tampa from TBoGT shares with its SA counterpart, is the name.

 

 

I had to fiddle with the levels quite a lot to bring out the body shapes, so it's quite pixelated, but you get the idea. Besides the overall shape of the car, the roof is lower, thus making the rear window narrower and wider, the boot is a lot more rounded, instead of the angular design of the Tampa, the taillights are square, it has a large chrome bumper, no valances around the exhaust pipes, the wheel arches are more square/angular, etc. More than enough differences to set them apart.

The Sabre? Or did you mean the Sabre GT? As above, a lot of American muscle cars from that era share that same general design philosophy with the wedge-shape and large masculine humps in the rear wheel arches. I think it's quite Trans Am'ish, especially the roof line - hopefully we'll get a better look at it soon.

The Phoenix, if that is the case would be more based on the "Kitt" Trans Am. Rather than the 70's Trams Am.

I think he was cunningly suggesting that the 'Unnamed Sports Car 4' is in fact the new Super GT - which isn't that unlikely, if you think about it - both mostly being based on Aston Martins (Dewbauchee) and all.

I agree. The front end doesn't look as regal as the Super GT's, at least IMO, and I personally like the DB9 much more than the V8 Vantage. I just wish they'd expand the Dewbauchee fleet instead of just replacing the sexy, IMO, IV Super GT.

They are expanding their "fleet". You are forgetting the DB5 clone. That has to be Dewbauchee.
