I can't say for sure, but it does look a tad smaller. The Sandcat is about the lenght of about 2.9 metres (wheelbase) and probably a foot taller than an average grown man.

 

And it's used as a riot control / law enforcement vehicle in France and Mexico (drugs wars I think), so I personally believe there is a chance this might be used as a law enforcement vehicle in GTA 5.

It kinda reminds me of the FBI truck that was cut from the final release of San Andreas.

I'm not sure it is an FBI vehicle myself. But I do think it might be some sort of armored vehicle.

In this one get another car than the previous one, since it differs also front and Luggage tray, I think that this second Perennial car can be seen on GTA LCS.

Is it just me or is the back end if that caved in? Must of got in the way of the chase.

To everybody who thinks that the Sandking is some time of special ops only vehicle, you can see it @2:00 painted in a Reddish color, which means that it's derived from a civilian vehicle at least.

It doesn't look like an armoured truck. It looks like a civilian SUV, that was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I think the facelift Buffalo is the same sort of thing as the Speedo. Like, for some of the trailers they were still using the IV model, and then they updated it. I'm not expecting to see the old Buffalo in the final game.

i really dont think theres enough of the 'sandking' to call it either way. the 2 views we have are out of focus at a distance. i personally believe the black one is just the FIB version of the civilian one, like how San Andreas had a FIB Rancher. Hell, has the rancher even been confirmed yet? this may just be the new model for it

The FBI rancher had a small blue light on the dash. Rockstar decided not to model the light on it, the light would only appear when you activated the siren.

With thoses Headlights, it's 100% Huntley, although I'm sure Polish_Trucker might take exception to that.

 

EDIT: By the way, Az. Looks like you might want to add the Feroci to the list of returning cars.

Similar but one is an SUV and the other looks like a Sedan.

There's no guarantee that the rim has anything to do with the Feroci car, so I won't add it on that premise, no.
