Looking at the guide scans again, I noticed that the AP pistol is better than the Micro SMG in every aspect. Big lol, Rockstar are you serious about that?

 

Lol. This is really odd. So if we upgrade all guns and the AP Pistol gets better just as much as any other gun in the stats, it would make the other pistols and smgs obsolete.

I'm really pissed with the weapons. The majority of them are fictional and not like IV where they were replicas of the real life counter parts.

I saw that besadies the ammu nation wall with all the guns,there's another one totally empty,maybe some future DLC?

Another question for you: do you remember that a few weeks ago somoene posted the screen of some weapons as DLC at 320mps each? There was a non lethal pellet pistol a combat rifle and so on. Was that fake?

I guess yes, everything for future DLC's has not been revealed yet.

That's the list as far as I know. I do not have the game or strategy guide, it is just information I have collected over the past few days. If anyone knows of weapons that I have not listed, please let me know. Also, does anyone know what attachments/upgrades the shotguns can receive?

 

At least we got the Sawed off shotgun.

BTW, I agree on the PX4 Storm being the combat pistol.

After all of the screens, reviews, and videos, have we still yet to see in-game conformation of the AR-15?

 

 

I'm starting to have my doubts about it being in the game as crazy as it sounds. We only ever see it on artwork and it looks awfully close to the HK416 carbine. In fact, the HK416 design is based on the AR-15.

After seeing the seemingly complete Assault Rifle section of the leaked weapons list, my worst fear was confirmed. R* and those pathetic journalists were really blowing smoke when they were talking about the amount of firearms in V.

 

 

I smell more DLC bullsh*t for a reasonable weapon selection again.

Again, there probably won't be revolvers because someone at R* doesn't know the difference between a pistol, handgun, and a revolver.

So you did't think there will be revolvers because R* don't know what revolvers are? We are talking about the R* who made Red Dead Redemption, a cowboy game with over half a dozen revolvers in it?

yes they make a "fake copy" of the weapon and make it look very similar..like the uts 15 i posted above..

As far as I know, you only need to create an account here : http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/. After that, I honestly don't know, but i'm guessing there will be a way to log in to your Social Club in-game,and automatically get the items. I don't think R* has explained this in further detail, but I might be wrong.

I know artwork doesn't mean the gun will be in game, but usually there is a representation of the gun in game. The M4 in art-work is the carbine for example.

 

Well, Michael is holding a semi-auto DMR type sniper rifle in this pic, and in the game the 2 sniper rifles are bolt-action. So I reckon, a DMR is inbound. Makes sense cause GTA usually has a semi-auto sniper rifle.
