Well according to this interactive map, R* NYC offices have power.

What do the yellow circles mean? that they have power, o they don't have power?

That doesn't make sense. The circles get bigger/smaller the more you zoom in/out. WTF?

Look at the map! Why does each circle cover more area depending on how far you're zoomed in? At first it looks like all of lower manhattan has power but when you zoom it it's only little spots here and there.

Here's another power outage map. This is from ConEd, the power company for NYC. It also shows no outages in Rockstar's neighborhood.

The screenshots contained a few things like the mountian bike and the tennis match.

 

And most recently the art and photo viewers showing us Quad bikes, female cops, tractors and more dogs.

 

Like seriously, what else have they got up their sleeve?

Well at least we Dutchies have our sh*t together. We're fighting the water levels successfully for over 50 years. It's a shame that the US, which deals with hurricanes EVERY YEAR, doesn't do jack sh*t to help prevent extensive damages and lives being lost.

it's because the size of the circles is always the same to represent 100k customers (big circle) or 10k customers (small circle). When you zoom in, the only thing you do is see more precisely where the centre of those customers is.
