Man, I REALLY want to go ahead and preorder it, but I also want to wait until the December Issue of GI is released. I could go when it IS released, but I may miss out on the preorder bonuses i.e poster & keychain.

 

Does anybody know how long after the cover reveal it takes GameStop to receive the new GI?

I'm thinking anywhere between the 12th and the 16th. tounge.gif

Thanks man. It's just that I'd like to own a physical copy for myself as a collector's item. I'll still look at scans on the 8th though! icon14.gif

Called GameStop today and asked about GTA 5. Quickly responded "We have nothing" which leads me to think that they have been annoyed all day. Hopefully this area isn't infested with mega fans like me, I wanted that damn photo viewer!

Unless they introduce something revolutionary I'm afraid the game might not be as awesome as everyone think. Just a flashback from San Andreas.

I'm starting to wonder if shops here are doing that too, its worth a try. A poster is always cool. And even though i want to see what kind of CE they will be bringing, i can always change the pre-order of standard edition to CE.

I can kinda see where you're coming from. But these are only screenshots, probably meant to not reveal anything. The fact that the GI cover story will be 18 pages....dude...that HAS to mean they have alot to talk about, alot of awesome new features to explain in detail and get us even more hyped. Don't forget what Rockstar said, their most ambitious game yet and all that other stuff. I really doubt it's going to be like GTA IV in terms of features and the location being exactly like GTA SA without LV and SF. There's so much you can do with this genre, so much to improve and add.

I couldn't fill space places by anything, so I had to put screenshots. Why isn't there the guy with the sniper rifle? you mean, that man on the quad? Because I couldn't find any good quality version of this artwork.

I swung by GameStop after work and got a Grapeseed photo keychain and a two sided poster, the guy with the dog and the girl getting arrested. Pre-ordered and paid in full... waiting for special edition news...

As for the artworks. Where can i find them in high resolution? I'm on WIndows 7 here and i set one as my background but it looks low res when it's 'filling' my whole laptop screen.

What's your resolution? I'd be happy to crop each artworks to your likings and PM you them.
