seems like R* indeed planned to release the 2nd trailer on the 1-year-anniversary (today)..unfortunately the thing with sandy happened..i guess we will see a 2nd trailer on monday or tuesday, without a countdown this time..

They will not simply release the trailer on newswire, Youtube, etc... I think they announce the upcoming trailer maybe a couple of days earlier.

If I would make a prediction, I'd say we should expect it in at least a week from today.

I already predicted the fact the trailer would come before the GI preview even in the face of ridicule. And it WAS coming.

Since Rockstar announced that the trailer is delayed, i have changed my prediction to November 5th. Mark my words.

 

Hey! Don't look at me. If it wasn't delayed, Rockstar would of have released the trailer today!

Earlier I said after GI, but in consideration of the last images with the letters of the second trailer to have gotten out, I now change my statement to sometime between Monday - Wednesday the week to come. Hopefully.

I think it would have to be before Game Informer. That was their original plan for a reason. They want to show us something before we read about it in the magazine.
