Depending on when they get their power back, if they get it back now, I'd say late next week, early week after.

In the letter to the stores, they said we have just released trailer #2 and on november 5th we are beginning pre orders for the game

 

This means they intended to release the trailer, and then have these letters arrive. Therefore, the trailer should of already been released before today, so either earlier today or on tuesday or wednesday it should of released.

 

Meaning, the trailers basically done.

Now I hate that damn hurricane even more. The one hurricane that misses us here in the South East still manages to f*ck up our day. Well, still gotta look at the big picture, which is the people really getting their lives shattered by Sandy, not us silly GTA fans. I can wait a few more days. Hope NYC gets back on track soon.

TRAILER WILL BE REVEALED MONDAY!!

 

Con Edison says the power will go back on Saturday!!!

 

Rockstar doesn't work on the weekends.

It's GTA fans' way of having a come-back at R* for not keeping their word or using vague statements with contextual meaning only known to them.

Yep, plus that was posted before R* announced the delay.

 

If I would make a prediction, I'd say we should expect it in at least a week from today.

Before the 11th. Good Morning America said all the businesses in Southern Manhattan will get there electric back by the 11th. I am sure they are working hard to restore the power and will release immediately
